Meet the Authors


Roos Neeter and Julia Blohberger are the authors, concept developers of the Good Night and Good Shit Series. These books are holistic guides helping you to improve your #2 and the quality of your sleep with easy tips to implement in your daily life. Next to writing books they also established an online platform with 10 day journeys. The first will be released in autumn. Check out their website:

In July 2022 we released our second book Good Night. This will be your guide towards a smooth landing in to dreamland. This handbook is filled with holistic tips & tricks to help to improve your sleep habits.
