Practicing gratitude is known to relief stress, build self-love, increases happiness. Learning to honour your body without pushing beyond your boundaries - dropping the no pain no gain approach

Personal Guidance through challenges
In Julia’s private sessions she applies her knowledge of different types of yoga (Astanga, Vinyasa, Ayurveda & Yin Yoga). She further applies Ayurvedic principles to offer you a personal practice to support you on the path of self-inquiry

Cultivating
awareness
You'll learn that what you let go off on your mat as you practice awareness and presence, you will eventually also let go off in your daily life. Giving you the confidence to breath through whatever comes on your path.
