In Ayurvedic Science we consider that we are all made up of the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space). As we learn to understand the elements outside of us, we will soon recognize how they affect us physically, mentally eand emotionally

Individual diet plant, according to your current wants and needs. This can range from adjustments in your already existing meal plan, to herbal remedies, to tonics or recipes.

Your constitution is a  combination of the five elements form the Doshas. Every single one of us has a different dominance of the doshas:

Vata (Ether & Air)

Pitta (Fire & Water)

Individualised lifestyle plan according to your individual constitution. This might range from daily regimen, to breathing exercises, menstrual, women's health regimen.

In an ayurvedic session Julia will look at your current situation and establish a well-being plan supporting you with what you are exposed to on day to day basis. The goal in a consultation is to set up an individualised well-being plan with tools supporting your journey for optimal health, vitality, ease and creativity in all aspects of your life. The advice can entail anything from food, mindful movement, lifestyle tips, herbal remedies, pranayama to meditation.
