Your constitution is a combination of the five elements form the Doshas. Every single one of us has a different dominance of the doshas:
Vata (Ether & Air)
Pitta (Fire & Water)
Kapha (Earth & Water)

Individualised lifestyle plan according to your individual constitution. This might range from daily regimen, to breathing exercises, menstrual, women's health regimen.

The principle of 'like increases like and opposite balance' will help you to bring in the right qualities through diet and lifestyle for your individual constitution. I will look together with you at what is out of balance and how we can find harmony again.
