Glutenfree nut spice

This year during Christmas I really got into the baking vibe. So I tried out a new recipe as my tummy cannot really handle gluten. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.


Ingredients

For The Dough

  • 500 gram glutenfree flour

  • 2,5 tablespoons pumpkin spice

  • 1 bag baking soda (16 gram)

  • 250 gram brown sugar

  • 400 ml liquid margarine


For The Spice

  • 400 g white almonds

  • 175 g powder sugar

  • 50 ml agave sirup

  • juice of half a lemon

  • 4 tsp almond aroma

  • 1 tbsp corn flour

  • 2 tbsp water


For The Topping

  • sprinkle white almonds on top


Bake for 30-40 minutes and enjoy <3
