This year during Christmas I really got into the baking vibe. So I tried out a new recipe as my tummy cannot really handle gluten. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Ingredients
For The Dough
500 gram glutenfree flour
2,5 tablespoons pumpkin spice
1 bag baking soda (16 gram)
250 gram brown sugar
400 ml liquid margarine
For The Spice
400 g white almonds
175 g powder sugar
50 ml agave sirup
juice of half a lemon
4 tsp almond aroma
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp water
For The Topping
sprinkle white almonds on top
Bake for 30-40 minutes and enjoy <3
