Autumn, the trees shed their leaves, the days grow shorter, and light gives way to darkness. As outside, so within. Autumn is the season of letting go. Of creating space, embracing the darkness, and reflecting, studying, looking back with love, and redefining your course. Perhaps my favorite season.

In Ayurveda, Autumn represents the Vata season. This means that the elements of wind and ether are most prevalent. You can observe these elements in the nature around you and also within yourself. Therefore, it's especially important in autumn to ground yourself, turn inward, and nourish yourself on a deep level.
In this 10-day home retreat, we combine an Ayurvedic Detox with practices that invite you to embark on a journey through your inner landscape. The detox is aimed at balancing Vata, and the Yoga, Meditations, Masterclasses, and Journal Assignments are designed to harmonize your body, mind, soul, and spirit.
