Cumin Coriander Fennel tea is a tonic, which is often used in Ayurvedic teas during the Kapha season and during a cleanse. It helps in flushing out toxins, balances the digestive system, clears out toxins (ama) and can support all three Doshas! According to Ayurveda 85% of imbalances start in our G.I. tract. When the system is strong and healthy there is no gas, no belatedness, no indigestion and the nutrients can be absorbed properly. This tea cleanses your gut - and super easy to make.
Let Us Have A Look At All 3 Ingredients.
Cumin: stimulates the digestive fire, decreases gas, soothes inflamed mucous membranes, relieves congestion and flushes out toxins. It balances Vata & Kapha, and can aggravate Pitta when over-consumed.
Coriander: clams the G.I. tract and muscles spams due to bloating and gas. It is cooling and therefore helps with Pitta disorders such as inflammation. It increases absorption and digestion. This lovely herb should not be over-consumed by Vata.
Fennel: A great herb to stop cramping, to strengthen the digestive fire. It further soothes IBS, gas and bloating and relaxed the digestive tract. Given it is very sweet in taste it can be aggravating for Kapha Dosha.
